Berikut adalah borang perjanjian yang digunapakai oleh pihak kami, jurufoto yang membuat liputan dan pelanggan yang membuat tempahan.

This constitutes an order for wedding photographs and albums and prints. It is understood that any and all proofs, sample prints and negatives remain the property of the photographer, Seri Pakis photography , and they may be used for advertising, display or any purpose thought proper by Seri Pakis photography .

2.

Although all care will be taken with the negatives and photographs taken at the wedding, the studio, Seri Pakis photography , limits any liability for loss, damage or failure to deliver pictures for any reason to return of the deposit made.

3.

It is understood that no other photographer, amateur or professional, shall be allowed to photograph at the wedding while the studio Seri Pakis photography , is working, and that any breach of this agreement will constitute a reason for non-completion of the job with no liability to the studio, Seri Pakis photography , and loss of initial deposit by signing party.

4.

Upon signature, the studio, Seri Pakis photography , reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable, even if date is changed or wedding cancelled for any reason.

5.

With packages, a deposit of RM200.00 is due at signing of this contract, with ½ of the balance to be paid two weeks prior to wedding and the remainder to be paid upon completion of photography.

All terms of this agreement are understood and agreed upon.
